The Rega R200 arm that came with my turntable had dodgy wiring and the anti skate didn't work - I had tried to fix the anti skate but was unable too. I got in contact with The Vinyl Source and got a reply almost instantly. I sent my arm off and it arrived back within a few days. I am absolutely delighted with the arm now as it sounds so much better than it ever did before - no hum, no crackly and the anti skate works. I think it sounds clearer too. Excellent Service. My R200 tonearm bias belt had self-destructed and the wiring had failed leaving only one channel working. I therefore decided to have these problems rectified. Vinyl Source did a perfect job in carrying out these repairs, with the tonearm being returned within a week or so of posting it off. The anti-skate is now working as well as it ever did. The rewiring has improved the sound vastly - I'd forgotten what the tonearm must have sounded like when I bought it new 48 years ago!!
Highly recommended. Great and speedy service from Vinyl Source. Bias belt also replaced at the same time. My vintage Rega P 3 has never sounded better!
