Sent my RB330 to Vinyl Source for full rewire. It was returned promptly and the rewire appeared to be to a high standard. It was very easy to replace back in turntable and in no time I was ready to put cartridge tags into cartridge. However , the tags have been replaced with longer and bigger tags so that they would not stay on my Dynavector X10 cartridge. I was very careful but one of the tags became detached from the wire. I also tried the new tags with an Ortophon cartridge with same result.
Thank you for rewiring my tonearm - everything works perfectly. The only suggestion that I can think of is for you not to secure the small plastic bag which protects the cartridge contacts with a cable tie - it makes removal very difficult without leaving a mark on the tonearm

Had my RB250 tonearm rewired. Great service and superfast turnaround. Handed my parcel over to my postie at 1.00pm on a Thursday, my tonearm was delivered back to me 6 days later. Haven’t used my TT yet, all packed away for home building work but every confidence !!!
